There is a gentle male voice for the first ten minutes who’s aim is to help talk you into a state of meditation.As he speaks, gentle relaxation music plays in the background, along with the odd bird call and the sea lapping on the shore.When the voice has (hopefully) talked you into your meditative trance, the music fades away and is replaced by the soothing sea noises for the remainder of the cd.Some facts about meditation and why it could be good for YOU!
