Many of us have stressful lives, whether it be work, children, troubled friends or relatives, health problems or perhaps money worries.When the day is over, you may feel like you wish you could just go somewhere on your own and relax in tranquil surroundings Unfortunately, for many of us, these sort of places are not to be found on our doorstep, and we have to make do with just relaxing at home
But what if you could bring a tranquil surrounding to you, in your own home ? Sometimes, all you need is temporary reprieve from the harshness that is life, a place where you can relax and have a little ‘you’ time
If you would like your ‘place’ to be is on a beautiful tranquil beach, this is the Guided Meditation for you.
The female speaker on the Cd will talk you into a meditative state, encouraging you to relax all the muscles in
your body, and to clear your mind of all thoughts Using breathing techniques, she will talk you into a deep state of meditation, referring to your limbs one by one as they are talked into a ultimate state of relaxation
Once you are in that meditative state, the speaker will guide you onto your own tranquil beach, you will see the gorgeous blue sky and feel the sun on your face, and feel the warm white sand underneath your feet.She will further encourage you to go down to the sea shore, watch the sea calmly lapping the shore, see the gentle ripples on the calm surface, and walk along your beach finding exotic sea shells.You will feel totally relaxed, tranquil, peaceful, and at one with your beautiful surroundings – remember, this is your time for YOU, and to escape your anxieties – you can stay in this place as short a time, or as long a time, as you wish
If you wish to stay on the beach after the voice has finished speaking.After the session, there is a half hour relaxation track to enable you to do this or, the beautiful piece of music can be used to just simply help you relax after your session.For best effects, the Cd (especially the relaxation track) should be listened to with headphones.Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and get yourself comfortable and relaxed, then listen to the Cd This Cd can be used even if you have never tried Guided Meditation before, but obviously, would be equally as effective for those of you who already practice meditation regularly.
